Senior Associate - QA Consultant

• Planning, design, and execution of comprehensive test strategies and test plans for multiple projects/products.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements, identify risks, and prioritize testing activities.
  
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to streamline testing processes.
  
• Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications, APIs, and backend systems.
  
• Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure the stability of existing features/functionality.
  
• Analyze test results and report defects/issues accurately and promptly.
  
• Mentor and coach junior QA team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  
• Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automated testing.
  
• Proficiency in test automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
  
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and QA best practices.
  
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or SOAPUI.
  
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
