Senior Engineer L2Publicis Sapient is looking for a Power Platform and SharePoint Online developer to partner with federal health clients maintaining and evolving mission-critical business systems. Most of this role centers on sustaining and maintaining existing Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online solutions, with future opportunities to design and build new capabilities that further the mission of a large NIH institute. We are on a mission to transform the world, and you will be instrumental in shaping how we do it with your ideas, thoughts, and solutions.Your Skills and Experience:7+ years of experience across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and SharePoint Online with genuine breadth across all three rather than depth in only oneHands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and site configurationsExperience integrating Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages with SharePoint Online, including SharePoint lists, libraries, connectors, and other Microsoft 365 data sourcesExperience building and maintaining Power Automate flowsExperience with Power Pages for building external-facing portalsExperience building Power Apps canvas applications and Power Fx logicUnderstanding of Power Platform solution and application lifecycle management conceptsExperience with Git/GitHub and CI/CD deployment patterns for Power Platform solutionsDemonstrated ability to read, diagnose, and safely modify unfamiliar or partially documented flows, apps, and sites; this role includes significant ongoing operations and maintenance work, not just new developmentComfort troubleshooting cross-platform issues (e.g., a SharePoint list issue surfacing as a canvas app bug or a flow failure traced to a connector or permissions issue)Able to work independently for extended stretches, given a small team structure with limited day-to-day collaborationProfessional communication skills suitable for client-facing scenariosExperience with Agile/Scrum development methodologiesEligible for U.S. Government Clearance public trustSet Yourself Apart:Experience with Azure AD group management via Power Platform connectors for role-based access controlPowerShell scripting for SharePoint Online and Power Platform administration (e.g., bulk site/list operations, tenant-level automation)Experience delivering end-user training and driving user adoption for Power Platform or SharePoint solutionsExperience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development using ReactFamiliarity with Section 508 accessibility design philosophy and best practices for canvas apps and SharePoint sitesExperience with Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Power BIExperience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (COE) frameworks, governance models, or developer enablementFamiliarity with Copilot Studio or AI BuilderExperience with SharePoint on premises to Online migration tooling (e.g., ShareGate, Metalogix) or legacy SharePoint Designer/InfoPath environmentsPrior experience in a federal/government contracting environment, especially NIH or HHSAdditional information: An inclusive workplace that promotes and collaboration. Pay Range: $110,000-$160,000 This range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient.
