As a Senior Analyst, Microsoft 365 Operations & Engineering, you will provide advanced operational and engineering support for Takeda’s collaboration, messaging, identity, and productivity platforms.
You will resolve complex technical issues, support Microsoft 365 initiatives, implement service improvements, and contribute to the modernization of Takeda’s digital workplace.
You will independently manage assignments, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to operational improvements across collaboration and productivity services. You will provide technical guidance to peers and act as a trusted advisor on Microsoft 365 operational matters.
Success will be measured through service reliability, effective issue resolution, stakeholder satisfaction, operational excellence, and contributions to platform modernization and automation.

Base Salary Range:
