Senior Analyst designs, optimizes, and governs cross-functional business processes to improve efficiency and strategic alignment, using data analysis and tools like Power BI or Tableau.
The Senior Analyst for Business Performance & Processes is responsible for supporting the design, optimization, and governance of cross-functional business processes that drive operational efficiency and strategic alignment. This role partners with multiple business functions to analyze workflows, identify improvement opportunities, develop process documentation, and provide data-driven insights that support effective decision-making.
The position plays a key role in enabling process consistency, supporting governance requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
