You will own and build the technical capability layer that enables teams to use agentic AI safely at scale. You will design and operate connectors, execution environments, and access controls for LLM-powered agents. You will productize onboarding, define deployment and evaluation standards, and set reliability and observability for AI workflows. You will partner with Security, DevOps, and IT to implement governance, audit trails, and safe deployment patterns, and act as the technical escalation point for platform issues.

- Define and enforce standards for agent execution, evaluation loops, and deployment
- Partner with Security and IT to deliver deployable patterns for higher-risk AI capabilities
- Own AI governance: access controls, audit trails, approval criteria, and deployment boundaries
- Set reliability, observability, and operational standards for AI infrastructure
- Act as technical escalation for onboarding or platform rollout issues
- Turn exception handling into repeatable operational paths
