Route4Me is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to build and run an AI layer across its routing/dispatch platform: an in-app copilot, analytics assistants over the data warehouse, an MCP server exposing 100+ platform tools, and multi-agent dispatch automation. The stack is Python on Google Cloud (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, BigQuery) with Gemini and Claude.
Route4Me is building an AI layer across its platform: an in-app copilot that answers questions and takes actions, analytics assistants over our data warehouse, an MCP server that exposes 100+ platform tools to AI assistants, and multi-agent systems that automate dispatching. As a Senior AI Engineer, you will design, ship and operate these systems in production, end to end. Our AI stack is Python on Google Cloud (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, BigQuery) with several model providers (Gemini, Claude).
Salary: $5,200 - $8,700/monthly
