Toast is seeking an experienced engineering leader to join the IQ Grow team in Dublin. You will design, build, and maintain backend and AI-enabled features that power marketing and guest experiences for restaurants, balancing technical excellence with product impact.
You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product and design, and ship end-to-end solutions in a hybrid two-day-per-week Dublin office. The role emphasizes learning AI tooling and scalable architectures to drive growth and
