We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to design, architect, and scale the core software foundation powering our next-gen GenAI Co-Pilot and Decision Flows. Working hand-in-hand with our Data Science team, you will take full ownership of critical components, bridge the gap between advanced AI models and production systems, and deliver high-performance, secure, and scalable solutions that drive real-world impact.

Requirements

For this mission, you’ll need:

• At least 8 years’ hands-on development experience, with proven experience developing in Java and Python.
• Hands-on experience building microservices in cloud (preferably GCP/AWS/Azure) environments using cloud native technologies (such as: Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience in designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems using technologies such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.
• Experience with both relational (preferably PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (such as: MongoDB).
• Experience with building products integrating AI/ML engines and agentic workflows (hands-on experience - an advantage).
• Proven experience owning high-velocity production, building resilient systems that ship fast while maintaining absolute stability.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (working with global teams – an advantage).
• BSc in Software Engineering, or equivalent (an advantage).
