Senior Actuarial Analyst builds and validates predictive models, performs reserving analyses, and mentors junior analysts using SQL, Python, or R to support GM Financial's insurance products and strategic decisions.

About the role:
In this role, you will leverage advanced actuarial techniques, predictive modeling, and data analytics to solve complex business challenges and support strategic decision-making. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop analytical solutions, evaluate reserves, mentor junior analysts, and drive business performance through data-driven insights and innovation.

Compensation: Competitive pay and bonus eligibility.
Work Life Balance: 100% remote
The base range for this role is: $87,000 - $165,500
At GM Financial, we strive for transparency in all aspects of our business, including pay equity. This is the GM Financial pay range for this role and job level. The exact salary and compensation will vary based on factors like knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
This role is eligible to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. Full time employees are eligible to participate in health benefits on day one of employment.
