Security Solutions Engineer

You will manage customer security reviews, questionnaires, architecture questions, and live security calls. You will create security collateral, maintain response materials, coordinate with product, engineering, legal, and IT security stakeholders, and communicate the security posture accurately to enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Own customer security questionnaires and maintain the response library in SafeBase
• Write technically detailed responses to customer security and architecture questions
• Join live calls with enterprise security teams, CISOs, and technical reviewers
• Create pre-sales security collateral and architecture documentation
• Partner with Product and Engineering to answer product security questions
• Partner with Legal on enterprise security obligations and commitments
• Represent GRC policies and controls accurately to customers

Requirements

• Knowledge of cloud, infrastructure, and application security
• Ability to assess architecture diagrams and security considerations
• Experience with enterprise security reviews, questionnaires, trust centers, and architecture reviews
• Knowledge of enterprise sales cycles
• Strong technical writing
• Ability to work independently in ambiguity
