About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded, and technically credible Security Sales Director to lead and scale our cybersecurity presales and advisory practice. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping complex cybersecurity pursuits, developing a high-performing team of approximately 10 security specialists and architects, and helping enterprise clients modernize and mature their security posture through outcome-driven transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines deep cybersecurity expertise with proven leadership experience in MSP, GSI, cloud, or enterprise environments. You understand how to translate security risk into business value, lead executive conversations with confidence, and develop scalable security motions that drive both customer outcomes and profitable growth.
Your mission: help organizations evolve from fragmented, tool-centric security environments into mature, resilient, risk-driven security programs while building and scaling a world-class security advisory organization.
