Security Sales Director, APAC
Who We Are
Allot is a global provider of network intelligence and security solutions, trusted by Communication Service Providers and enterprises worldwide.
We work closely with Communication Service Providers (CSPs) to launch and grow scalable, network-based security services for consumer, SMB, and enterprise customers. These services help CSPs generate additional revenue, strengthen customer loyalty, reduce churn, and differentiate their offerings.
At Allot, we value technical credibility, collaboration, and outcome-driven customer engagement. We work across teams to deliver solutions that create measurable business value for our customers.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to grow Allot’s security services business across APAC.
This is a combined new business and account growth role. The successful candidate will develop new CSP opportunities while managing and expanding existing customers. This includes helping CSPs successfully launch, market, and grow subscription-based security services under commercial models that may include revenue sharing, subscription licensing, or other recurring-revenue arrangements.
The role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity and telecommunications, together with the ability to engage CSP stakeholders on service strategy, go-to-market planning, monetization, customer adoption, and business growth.
Experience working with CSPs across APAC is highly desirable.
What You’ll Do
- Develop new security services opportunities with CSPs across APAC through consultative, solution-led selling.
- Manage assigned customer accounts and build trusted relationships with executive, business, product, marketing, security, network, and IT stakeholders.
- Help CSPs define compelling security service propositions that generate additional revenue, strengthen customer loyalty, reduce churn, and differentiate their offerings.
- Develop and execute account plans covering customer health, stakeholder engagement, service adoption, revenue growth, risks, and expansion opportunities.
- Work with customers and internal teams to support effective service launches, go-to-market execution, subscriber acquisition, and ongoing business performance.
- Drive customer retention and growth by increasing service adoption and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across consumer, SMB, and enterprise segments.
- Lead business cases, commercial proposals, executive presentations, and regular customer business reviews.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, and Support to ensure successful customer outcomes.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and account information while providing structured customer and market feedback to internal teams.

- Relevant experience in cybersecurity, network security, telecom value-added services, managed services, or subscription-based security solutions.
- Proven ability to develop new business and manage complex sales cycles involving business, technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience managing existing customers and driving retention, service adoption, upsell, cross-sell, and recurring revenue growth.
- Experience with subscription, revenue-sharing, or other recurring-revenue business models is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of CSP business models and the development, launch, marketing, and growth of customer-facing digital or value-added services.
