Security Operations Lead (Hybrid, Incident Response)

Arsenalia in Mestre, Italy, is searching for a Security Operations expert to support operational activities and incident management. Responsibilities include guiding team members, managing client interactions, and improving operational procedures.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of SOC experience and a solid system administration background. A hybrid work model is offered along with a compensation range of €35,000–€50,000 gross annually.

Support daily operational activities in Security Operations. Assist in task planning and tracking. Handle incident response during high-severity events. Guide team members and ensure service quality. 3–5 years of experience in Security Operations / SOC environments. Broad understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
