Security Engineer: Build Resilient, AI-Enabled Defenses

Bending Spoons, Milan-based, is seeking a motivated security-minded professional to help strengthen our systems and protect customer data. You will identify vulnerabilities, implement controls, and work with engineering teams to raise our security posture.

Assess and strengthen security by identifying vulnerabilities across systems and infrastructure. Attack and defend: conduct internal security assessments and implement countermeasures. Automate security practices by embedding strong controls into infrastructure and workflows. Partner on privacy and compliance with privacy experts to translate regulations into safeguards. Stay ahead of threats by tracking vulnerabilities and sharing knowledge to strengthen security posture. Ability to reason through complex problems from first principles and structure ideas clearly. High initiative and strong sense of responsibility for work quality. Collaborative mindset, reliable and transparent in teamwork. Excellent written and spoken English communication.
