Security Engineer (Deployment and Configuration) role focused on ensuring cybersecurity and security requirements are incorporated throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
Participate in infrastructure projects to ensure cybersecurity and security requirements are incorporated throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Implement, maintain, and review operating system security baselines to ensure compliance with organizational security standards.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and support timely remediation of identified security vulnerabilities.
Work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to support cybersecurity and infrastructure initiatives.
Identify and recommend security best practices, while keeping up to date with emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends.
Maintain strong attention to detail and demonstrate sound risk awareness when assessing and addressing security issues.
