About the Role: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive administrator to support the efficient day-to-day running of our front office and provide exceptional service to students, staff, parents, and visitors. Working closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, you will manage a wide range of administrative responsibilities, including communications, diary and travel arrangements, visitor management, document preparation, and office coordination. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate school records, supporting school operations and events, liaising with external organisations, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This is a varied and fast-paced role that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and a commitment to delivering outstanding administrative support across the school community. Who We Are Looking For: We are looking for a highly organised, professional, and approachable individual who thrives in a busy school environment and enjoys building positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and visitors. The successful candidate will have previous experience in an Office Manager, Personal Assistant, or administrative role, with excellent communication, diary management, and organisational skills. Fluent in both Spanish and English, you will be confident using Microsoft Office and a range of digital systems, maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism in all aspects of your work. A strong team player with a customer-focused mindset, you will be able to manage competing priorities, remain calm under pressure, handle sensitive information with discretion, and demonstrate a genuine commitment to supporting the school's values and educational mission.
