The Role
POLARIS is looking for a Search Manager to support the Head of Search in delivering Search 360 across Foundation and Growth level client accounts. This is a role suited to an experienced SEO professional who is ready to take ownership of a client portfolio, lead a team of executives and freelancers, and drive measurable commercial outcomes across SEO, GEO, content, digital PR, and paid media.
You will play a central role in the Polaris delivery team at a pivotal moment in the agency’s growth. Search 360 is our proprietary intent-mapped marketing system spanning SEO, GEO, content, digital PR, PPC, paid social, organic social, and email — powered by Kartessien, our AI delivery platform. Every engagement is delivered to the POLARIS “Operational Excellence” Standard, and this role is accountable for upholding it across every account in your portfolio.
