Search Experience Specialist

## Who We Are: Power Digital is an AI-Native Growth Firm built at the intersection of world-class talent and proprietary technology. We help leading and emerging brands grow by combining deep vertical expertise, strategic thinking, and enterprise intelligence to drive measurable business outcomes. For more than a decade, we have built our business around one belief: the best technology makes great people better. Our teams of strategists, creatives, analysts, and technologists use Omega, our AI operating system, to surface opportunities faster, investigate what is driving performance, and execute approved work with greater speed and precision. Behind Omega is Iris, our proprietary intelligence layer, built on years of real performance data, strategic frameworks, testing, and learnings from across our client portfolio. AI expands the capacity of our people to think, create, solve harder problems, and make better decisions. Human judgment, creativity, and accountability remain central to how we work. As a people-first firm, we value diversity in backgrounds and experiences. We strongly believe our people and culture are key to our success. We partner closely with our clients as an extension of their teams, working across strategy, execution, and measurement to identify what is truly blocking growth and determine what to do next. Our culture is built on people who are curious, ambitious, accountable, and committed to delivering meaningful results for our clients and for one another. At Power Digital, we believe the future belongs to teams that combine the best talent with the best technology. We are building that future today. *****Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role.** **A day in the life:** As a Search Experience Specialist, you will begin to own search experience strategies and workflow for your own clients A-Z. You will be responsible for the SEO, GEO/AEO and content strategy and execution of the workflow to help achieve your client’s goals. In addition to driving the strategy, you are also responsible for managing your workflow and the on-time delivery of those deliverables. From keyword research to content optimizations, you will master the execution and presentation of the core SEO, GEO and Content deliverables. Some of the daily tasks include: optimizing content, doing keyword research, assigning deliverables out to deliverable support resources, completing monthly reports, updating internal and external tracking documents, attending internal team calls and external calls with clients, and actively communicating with your account teams. The Search Experience Specialist is a fast learner and a team player who is eager to grow their craft and make a real impact for clients. As you build fluency with Claude and Power Digital's nova ecosystem, AI becomes your default way to speed up keyword research, first-draft reporting, and QA — freeing up time to focus on learning the craft and building client relationships, not replacing your judgment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute core SEO, GEO, and content deliverables on time and at a high level of accuracy, with sufficient QA to prevent revenue-impacting errors - Conduct keyword research, build and maintain keyword mapping and content clusters, and align topic selection to client business goals and qualified traffic opportunities - Assign deliverables to appropriate support resources and review returned work for quality, accuracy, and brand voice alignment - Flag patterns, anomalies, or early warning signs noticed during day-to-day execution to the strategist or AD, even when not specifically asked - Complete monthly and quarterly reports with minimal feedback, clearly connecting organic search efforts to client business goals and KPI performance - Develop a foundational understanding of GEO/AEO concepts and AI search behaviors, and begin incorporating that awareness into strategy and client communication - Communicate proactively with account teams and clients, flagging updates, questions, and relevant changes in a timely and professional manner - Support execution of the team's search testing roadmap, documenting test results clearly so the senior strategist can build on them - Begin building fluency in the client's specific vertical (e.g., B2B, Fashion, CPG) growth patterns rather than treating every account the same - Keep deliverable status and QA notes visible in Asana/nova so a strategist or AD can check progress without needing to ask - Sign up for Strategy Syncs with the organic search strategy team when a fresh perspective is needed or when an account is in escalation - Leverage the Nova ecosystem, AI technologies, and Power Digital workflows (Asana, Slack, novaPulse, Google Drive) to manage workflow and support execution - Power Circuit completion and adoption across all assigned accounts - Adoption and completion of Omega R&Rs for your role - 100% on-time delivery of assigned deliverables and launches, tracked via Asana due dates **Role Requirements:** - Previous experience in an organic search role (internship or other). Client-facing experience is a plus - Basic to foundational understanding of search experience (SEO and GEO) including: on-page, technical, and off-page and how they connect to business goals - Familiarity with SEO, GEO and analytics tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, Profound and Screaming Frog - Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables across client accounts - Fast learner with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a cooperative team-player attitude - Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, both internally and in client-facing settings - Comfort using Claude or comparable AI tools as part of daily workflow, with an eagerness to build fluency quickly if not there yet **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** - Client Book Revenue per Employee: $30k - Client Retention Rate: 90% - Range of the number of accounts (10-13) - Team Retention (of DRs if applicable): 90% **Most Important Things (MITs)** - Organic Search and GEO production work and strategy to help maintain strategic relationships with organic search clients - Tailoring strategies, and thus deliverables that are tied to client goals and being able to explain why you chose those deliverables - Professional communication and presentation skills (both internal and external) while showcasing strong problem solving ability. - Build daily fluency with Claude and nova tools to accelerate execution — increasingly the default way work gets done, not an occasional shortcut **Benefits & Perks:** - Base salary paid in USD + commission opportunities - Unlimited Time Off available on day one - Fully flex work environment: full-remote, in-office, or hybrid - Healthcare stipend: $50/month to support your healthcare or insurance costs - National Holidays + 2 Mental Health Recharge Days per year - Unlimited opportunities for growth & leadership within a rapidly growing firm - Ongoing employee development programs for personal and professional growth (Hedgehog and Vital 5s) - Quarterly awards including prize money and recognition for outstanding performance - Opportunities to be involved in company DEI initiatives _Power Digital’s people and culture are at the core of our success, which is why diversity in our team’s backgrounds and experiences are paramount. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and our employees are people with different strengths, experiences, and backgrounds, who strive to make an impact inside and outside of the workplace.
