- Sales Strategy: Use data to analyse your outreach, refine your approach, and improve performance.
- Pipeline Management: Generate, nurture, and qualify leads for the Account Executive team. 🛠️ 💡
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximise opportunities.
- Continuous Improvement: Embrace coaching and feedback to refine your techniques and hit individual and team targets.
- Proactive & Motivated: You’re solution-oriented, thrive on challenges, and take ownership of your success. 🌟

- Organized & Analytical: You enjoy using data to drive decisions and keep your efforts focused.
- Team Player: You value collaboration and contribute positively to a supportive team culture.
Experience in sales or tech is a bonus, but we’re more interested in your potential and attitude than your resume. We hire across multiple SDR levels and determine final levelling through a structured interview and scoring process.
