About Us

Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is the intelligent platform for travel and spend management. Built to tackle the time-consuming, manual work that gets in the way of real work, our tools automate everything from travel bookings to expenses, invoice processing, and more. By eliminating this shadow work that wastes hours, erodes morale, and saps innovation, we're on a mission to power real work, with real impact.

We're trusted by more than 12,000 companies worldwide, including Bolt, GoCardless, and Fabletics, and we're tackling the 7 hours of lost productivity per employee each week, a $1.7 trillion problem.

Founded in 2015, Perk has grown into a global company of more than 1,800 people across 12 offices globally, with headquarters in London and Boston. We combine innovation, control, and simplicity to transform how businesses work and how people feel at work.

At Perk, we're driven by our values, like being an owner, delivering a 7-star experience, and working as one team. We value curiosity, purpose, and mindset, not just knowledge, to unlock the power in your potential. Our talent team brings together leading minds from the travel, fintech, and SaaS industries, representing over 70 countries. If you're excited about having a real impact and shaping how millions of people experience work, we'd love you on the team.

About the role

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive growth in our Spanish market.

As an SDR at Perk, you’ll focus on filling our sales funnel, qualify leads, and engage potential customers. You’ll join a high-performing and collaborative sales team, selling our all-in Travel and Expenses platform that makes business travel, expenses, and admin easier for teams. This is your chance to learn from top talent, grow your sales skills, and take your career to the next level while making a real impact on how organisations work smarter every day.

What You'll Do

• Multichannel Outreach: Execute targeted outreach campaigns using phone, email, and LinkedIn/social touches to engage target prospects.

• Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery calls with key decision-makers—such as CFOs, Travel Managers, and Office Managers—to assess fit and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.

• Value Articulation: Clearly communicate Perk’s value proposition and build immediate credibility with prospective clients.

• CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate prospect data and activity tracking within Salesforce.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing to refine target accounts, test new messaging, and optimize the lead-qualification process.

• Product Mastery: Stay expert-level on Perk’s product offerings and industry trends.

What We're Looking For

• Languages: Native or near-native fluency in Spanish with professional fluency in English.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong phone-based rapport-building skills.

• Sales Acumen: Familiarity with B2B SaaS sales processes or outbound prospect outreach.

• Process & Execution: High organisational skills, comfort working with CRMs (Salesforce preferred), and a focus on hitting output metrics.

What Success Looks Like in This Role

• Consistent Pipeline Generation: You hit and exceed your monthly targets for qualified meetings booked and opportunities created.

• High Outreach Discipline: You maintain steady, structured daily outreach activity (calls, emails, social touches) using Salesforce and modern sales tools.

• Value-Driven Discovery: You master Perk’s value proposition early, allowing you to ask smart discovery questions and handle client objections with confidence.

• Cross-Functional Alignment: You collaborate seamlessly with Account Executives to ensure smooth handover of leads and high show-up rates for meetings.

• Growth Mindset: You actively apply feedback from coaching sessions, continuously refining your messaging and cold-calling techniques.
