This opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded professional who thrives on targets, enjoys overcoming objections, and wants to grow within the technology and artificial intelligence ecosystem.

• Conduct active B2B prospecting through cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, and other relevant sales outreach channels.

• Identify, engage, and qualify potential customers by understanding their business needs and assessing their fit with the available solutions.

• Schedule qualified sales meetings and product presentations for the closing team.

• Manage and document prospect interactions, contact histories, follow-ups, and sales activities in the Pipedrive CRM.

• Research target markets, identify new customer segments, and map key decision-makers within the healthcare and clinic sectors.

• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to nurture interest and move potential opportunities through the early stages of the sales funnel.

• Monitor individual prospecting activity, conversion rates, and other performance indicators to meet established goals.

• Continuously refine outreach approaches and objection-handling techniques to improve lead qualification and meeting-booking results.

Requirements:

• Completed high school education.

• At least two years of professional experience in B2B sales.

• Practical experience with outbound prospecting, particularly cold calling and cold emailing.

• Familiarity with sales engagement tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

• Clear, confident, and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to handle objections effectively.

• Strong organizational skills, resilience, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset.

• Ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups while maintaining accurate records and consistent sales activity.

• Nice to have: Proficiency with Pipedrive and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

• Nice to have: Previous experience in technology, artificial intelligence, healthcare, or clinic-related markets.

• Nice to have: Residence in the Montes Claros, Minas Gerais region, or substantial experience working remotely in B2B sales.

Benefits:

• Fully remote work arrangement.

• Commission-based earnings in addition to the opportunity to develop B2B sales expertise.

• Opportunity to contribute to business growth in the artificial intelligence and healthcare technology sector.

• Employment under a Brazilian CLT contract, with a full-time schedule.

• Salary and commission structure: The base salary, commission rates, and specific compensation targets are not disclosed in the job description.
