SDR / Outbound Sales Specialist - SaaS

Vollna helps freelancers and agencies find relevant Upwork projects, automate proposals, and track their results.

We’re looking for an SDR / Outbound Sales Specialist to manage outreach campaigns, build conversations with prospects, and turn interest into qualified demos and paying customers.

In this role, you will:
Find and research potential customers, primarily freelancers and agency owners.
Launch, manage, and improve cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
Handle replies, understand prospects’ needs, answer questions, and address objections.
Qualify prospects and book product demos, sharing relevant context before each call.
Follow up after demos and during free trials to help prospects take the next step.
Keep the CRM updated with conversation notes, next steps, and outcomes.
Track which audiences and messages generate qualified meetings and paid subscriptions.

We’re looking for someone who:
Has hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach or cold email, including managing prospect conversations.
Writes clear, natural English and adapts replies to the conversation.
Can learn a software product and explain how it fits a customer’s needs.
Works independently, follows through, and suggests improvements based on results.
Can share examples of previous campaigns and explain their contribution.

Experience with B2B SaaS, Upwork, or selling to agencies is a plus.

Success in this role means qualified meetings that take place, consistent follow-up, and prospects progressing to paid subscriptions.
Compensation and the working arrangement will be discussed individually.

To apply, send a short introduction and one relevant campaign example: what you sold, who you targeted, what you handled, and the results.
