SDR Manager | Barcelona
🚀 We're hiring at Supersonik!
The way software is sold is changing radically. We're entering the agentic era: AI agents that don't just assist, but actively run core go-to-market workflows like demos, onboarding, enablement, and sales training.
At Supersonik, we're building the infrastructure that makes this possible.
We're backed by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), supported by angels from Google, DeepMind, and leading SaaS companies, and already working with some of the most ambitious software teams in the world. A new category is emerging, and Supersonik is going to be part of the GTM stack of the future.
Overview
Build and lead the team that fills our pipeline. You'll coach and run a founding team of 5 SDRs generating qualified enterprise meetings across North America and Europe, and build the processes they run on. The outbound engine Supersonik runs on for the next few years starts with you.
Key Responsibilities
- Build out processes for a founding team of 5 SDRs
- Own team targets for meetings and pipeline
- Coach daily on calls, messaging and objection handling
- Build and document the outbound playbook
- Partner with AEs on account strategy and handoffs
- Set up the metrics, cadences and tooling the team runs on
Main Objective
Build a high-performing SDR team that consistently books qualified enterprise meetings for the AE team in North America and Europe, and becomes the engine behind Supersonik's pipeline.
Non-negotiables
- 2+ years managing an outbound SDR team in B2B SaaS
- Track record of your team hitting meeting and pipeline targets
- Still hands-on: you can pick up the phone and book meetings yourself
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate
- Comfortable with afternoon hours to cover North American time zones
Strong Signals
- Built an SDR team from zero at a startup
- Sold AI, sales tech, or GTM tooling
- Outbound into both North America and Europe
- Promoted SDRs into AE roles
- Power user of AI and outbound tools
- Thrives in fast-iterating, founder-led teams
- Active on LinkedIn or building a personal brand
💵 Compensation
Competitive base salary with uncapped OTE, tied to the qualified meetings and pipeline your team generates.
🌱 Why Supersonik
- Build a function from scratch at an a16z-backed AI startup
- Small, elite team with startup and AI pedigree
- Early exposure to C-level and AI strategy
- Shape how a founding team works from day one
- Clear path to grow as the GTM org scales
🏠 How we work
We're based in Barcelona and work in-person by design: tight collaboration, fast learning, and direct partnership with the founders, the Head of Sales, the AE team, and the broader Barcelona GTM team. You'll report to our Head of Sales.
If you want to build the team at the center of the agentic future of software, this is a unique opportunity.
