About us:
Hiver is a modern, AI-driven customer service platform used by companies across healthcare, finance, logistics, education, and technology. We help teams deliver fast, human support across email, chat, phone, WhatsApp, and more — without the complexity of legacy helpdesks.
We’re a challenger brand in a category dominated by over-engineered tools. We build software that is simple, powerful, and genuinely helpful, and we operate internally with that same philosophy. If you want meaningful ownership, thoughtful teammates, and work that ships, Hiver is a great place to do it.
Opportunity:
As a Software Development Engineer III (Frontend) at Hiver, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical landscape, influencing our product roadmap, and guiding our team while contributing to our vibrant company culture. With our customer base expanding rapidly and processing over 5 million emails daily for thousands of active users, you will be at the forefront of creating and enhancing the user experience. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of highly skilled engineers while providing critical technical direction to our front-end development efforts. You will also have the exciting opportunity to tackle intricate technical challenges, including optimizing our architecture to handle the surging email volume and establishing a framework to monitor and enhance the performance of our front-end systems.
