Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master, you'll bring expertise in Agile methodologies and practices, supporting teams to achieve successful outcomes. You'll facilitate productive and purposeful meetings where every voice is heard and outcomes are clear. You'll help teams work towards sprint goals and objectives, remove obstacles, and support sustainable delivery towards releases.

Your coaching will help teams take responsibility for their processes, and your ability to identify early signs of conflict will help address challenges before they escalate. If you have experience coaching and advising teams, and would like to work in an open, inclusive and diverse culture where ideas and different perspectives are valued, we'd love to hear from you.
