Position Title: Scientific Project Manager, Data and Informatics Solutions

The Scientific Project Manager, Data and Informatics Solutions serves as the primary point of contact for client sponsors on the data and analysis components of their programs. This role is client-facing and requires strong customer focus and an understanding of client needs and timelines. Essential job duties include helping scope data and analysis deliverables in collaboration with Business Development, coordinating with the Data Engineering and Bioinformatics team to stage and execute deliveries, performing quality control on outgoing data, recognizing revenue once deliveries are complete, and preparing analyses, reports, and supporting documentation. Collaborates with Business Development to enhance client relationships and facilitate continued business for Champions Oncology.
DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND PRODUCTIVITY EXPECTATIONS:

Interfaces with Business Development, Data Engineering, Computational R&D, and other Champions personnel to successfully coordinate projects from start to finish.

Participates in discussions around and provides feedback for process improvement to improve quality.

Represents Champions in the field at client meetings and scientific conferences.

Organizes periodic program reviews with clients and makes suggestions for support based on pipeline alignment.

Identifies potential new opportunities and facilitates ongoing discussions regarding new opportunities with existing clients.

Delivers customer value in a timely manner, and ensures deliverables are accurate.

Works independently and performs other related duties as assigned.
