SAP FICO Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP FI/CO, finance processes, and end-to-end SAP implementations. You will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, support, and optimize SAP financial solutions while ensuring seamless integration across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for SAP FI/CO solutions.
• Configure, implement, and support SAP FICO modules.
• Manage enhancements, upgrades, incident resolution, and support activities.
• Collaborate with finance teams to streamline business processes.
• Support testing, user training, and hypercare activities.
• Work with cross-functional teams on SAP SD, MM, and external system integrations.
• Deliver financial reporting and support business decision-making.

Required Skills

• 12 -15 years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in GL, AP, AR, Bank Accounting, and Asset Accounting.
• Experience with Group Reporting.
• Knowledge of Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Order, and Profitability Analysis.
• Experience with SAP SD/MM integrations and cross-module value flows.
• Hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation.
• Exposure to support projects, enhancements, upgrades, and RICEFW objects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP S/4HANA experience is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• CA / ICWA / CS (Qualified or Semi-Qualified) or MBA Finance.
• SAP FI/CO Certification preferred.
