YOUR ROLE
- Independently develop complex Salesforce components (Apex, LWC, integrations) for prioritized epics and user stories
- Act as technical lead for the offshore development team: allocate tasks, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality and adherence to coding standards
- Translate business requirements and user stories into technical designs and task breakdowns for the offshore team
- Design and configure Service Cloud capabilities (Case Management, Omni-Channel Routing, Queues, Knowledge, Sharing & Visibility)
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day development across sprints (planning, daily alignment, and reporting to project management and architecture)
- Ensure compliance with deployment, testing, and documentation standards, including CI/CD and the sandbox strategy
- Manage escalations involving technical blockers between the offshore team and onshore stakeholders
- Contribute to architecture and design decisions (sharing and security model, integration architecture, and data model)
- Support effort estimation and technical prioritization during backlog refinement
YOUR PROFILE
- 10+ years of senior- or lead-level experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations, and CI/CD)
- Proven experience providing functional leadership to onshore and/or offshore development teams
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce best practices, governance, and the security model
- Experience with integration architectures (APIs, middleware/integration layer) is an advantage
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer II, Application Architect/System Architect, Service Cloud) are desirable
