A Salesforce QA Engineer tests and validates Salesforce implementations, ensuring software quality via test automation, defect tracking, and collaboration with clients/vendors. Core tools include Salesforce, HP ALM/UFT, and Jira in an Agile sprint environment.
This is a remote position.
• 4 + years experience in Test Engineer role for Salesforce Testing,
• SFDC testing projects
• Experience with Hive 9 and SAP applications will be added advantage
• Should have experience with HP ALM/UFT for test management, JIRA for defect management
• Should have good understanding of OTC business process
• Should have experience with Agile methodology/ sprint-based working
• Able to work with multiple vendors of client, client business and end users
