Build and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado to automate deployments and improve release processes for a fast-growing UK payments company.
We’re reinventing payments. In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in-person commerce, is game changing.
Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year. But we’re just getting started.
Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. The results take care of themselves.
As a Salesforce DevOps Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our engineering practice. Specialising in the Copado platform, you will streamline our Salesforce development and release processes, taking ownership of our CI/CD pipelines to ensure our teams can deliver at pace while maintaining stable and scalable environments. This is a chance to make a tangible impact and help us get to the good stuff, faster.
What you will do...
- Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using the Copado DevOps platform, integrating best practices for version control.
- Automate deployments of Salesforce metadata and code, and manage our Salesforce environments, ensuring data masking and seeding strategies are used effectively.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot deployment issues, and resolve environment bottlenecks to ensure the reliability of our systems.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automated testing and quality gates within the Copado pipeline.
- Continuously improve our release processes by tracking key DevOps metrics and staying up-to-date with the latest Copado features and broader DevOps trends.
- Provide training and mentorship, acting as the go-to expert for the Copado platform and promoting a culture of secure DevOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with the Copado DevOps platform, including setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven experience working with the Salesforce platform, demonstrating a strong grasp of its metadata and capabilities.
- Strong experience with version control systems (particularly Git) and familiarity with Salesforce DX and the SFDX CLI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex deployment and environment issues effectively.
- A collaborative spirit, with strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A passion for continuous improvement, with a desire to learn and experiment. Copado certifications and experience with cloud platforms are a big plus.
Dojo home and away
We believe our best work happens when we collaborate in-person. These “together days” foster communication, drive innovation and spark our brightest ideas.
That's why we have an office-first culture. This means working from the office 4+ days per week.
With offices across Europe, we know a thing or two about staying dynamic. Need deep focus? Head to a quiet zone. Big ideas? Collaboration spaces have you covered. Just here for a catch-up? Our social hubs make it easy. Do work that counts, in spaces made for you.
