Salesforce Consultant (CPQ & Admin Focus)

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Business Analyst, or Senior Salesforce Administrator.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, including product setup, bundle configuration, pricing waterfall, pricing rules, product rules, quote generation, and discount management.
• Extensive experience delivering advanced declarative solutions across the Salesforce platform, including Flows, validation rules, page layouts, custom objects and fields, security model, sharing rules, reports, and dashboards.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and coordinating activities with external vendors, implementation partners, and third-party providers.
• Foundational programmatic knowledge with the ability to read, debug, and perform minor updates to Apex classes, triggers, test classes, SOQL queries, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Jira and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with Git-based version control and release management processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, facilitate workshops, and drive initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Account Engagement (Pardot), including lead scoring, forms, automation rules, and CRM synchronization.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Platform Developer I.
• Experience with CI/CD and deployment tools such as Copado, Gearset, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with AppExchange products and third-party Salesforce integrations.
• Basic understanding of REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Experience working in international and distributed teams.
• Familiarity with enterprise CRM governance and best practices.
