Salary: £75,000 - 90,000 per year
Requirements:- Experienced Salesforce Engineer or Developer with a strong interest in AI and emerging Salesforce technologies
- Experience with Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities such as Einstein, Prompt Builder, Agentforce, or Data Cloud
- Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, data integration, ETL, and data mapping
- Experience with MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar technologies is beneficial
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Agile, and modern software development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
- Design and build intelligent Salesforce solutions using AI and data-driven approaches
- Develop and integrate AI capabilities, including Salesforce Einstein, into Salesforce platforms and workflows
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Optimise data models, automation, and user experiences to maximise business impact
- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions
- Support integration of Salesforce with wider enterprise systems and data platforms
- Apply modern development, testing, and deployment practices to deliver secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions
