GPS Insight, a fleet tracking and field service software provider, seeks a Salesforce Administrator to own and optimize its Salesforce CRM and CPQ platform — configuring products, price books, approvals, and flows that power the sales team's quote-to-cash process. The role requires daily use of AI tools like Claude and offers remote work from the Scottsdale, AZ HQ.

We provide innovative fleet solutions that include vehicle and asset tracking, in-cab smart cameras, field service software, and compliance management.

What We Need
We're looking for a Salesforce Administrator to own and optimize the platform that powers our go-to-market engine. Salesforce is our CRM and the single source of truth for our sales organization, and Salesforce CPQ drives how we configure, price, and quote our SaaS and hardware offerings. This role is central to creating a seamless, user-friendly experience for our sellers and removing friction from our order-to-cash motion, so they spend less time working around the system and more time selling. As both a hands-on problem solver and a process innovator, you'll own CPQ and product configuration, price books, and approvals while also partnering with our admin team to move from reactive ticket work to a strategic roadmap, delivering focused sprints that realize value for the business.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and has a solid foundation in Salesforce administration and CPQ. You should be confident working independently, comfortable making recommendations to leadership, and motivated by continuously improving how our systems support a high-performing revenue team. AI is central to how we work: we use tools like Claude daily to analyze, build, and document. The person in this role must be fluent in AI tools, using them daily to troubleshoot, speed up builds, document, and design safe, measurable automations. This role is open to remote candidates; our headquarters is in Scottsdale, AZ.
