- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports
- Support and train sales staff to enhance productivity
Requirements
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business administartion or related field
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 1 year in sales, preferably in microfinance or financial services.
