You'll work directly with customers who are considering cancellation, evaluating their subscriptions, or looking for ways to get more from Seamless. Your responsibility is to understand what's driving their decisions, demonstrate the value of our platform, and develop solutions that make sense for both the customer and the business.
You'll own your opportunities from initial conversation through resolution, with the autonomy to manage customer relationships, solve problems, and directly influence retention and revenue outcomes.
If you enjoy consultative selling, navigating objections, closing opportunities, and helping customers succeed, this is an opportunity to make a measurable impact.
