The Role

At Baxter, our mission is simple but powerful: to save and sustain lives.

As a Sales Specialist, Infusion Therapy & Platforms, you won’t just sell products—you’ll help hospitals deliver better care to patients every day.

In this highly visible role, you’ll partner with clinicians, nursing teams, pharmacy professionals, and procurement leaders across major hospitals in your territory. By building strong, trusted relationships, you’ll become a valued advisor—bringing innovative infusion solutions that support safer, more efficient, and more effective patient care.

You’ll take ownership of driving both sales growth and customer education across our Infusion Therapy and Platforms portfolio managing the QLD (Metrol North, Sunshine Coast and North Qld territory), including advanced products, services, and equipment. From identifying new opportunities to strengthening existing partnerships, your work will directly influence revenue growth while improving clinical outcomes.

Equally important, you’ll play a key role in educating and empowering healthcare professionals, ensuring they feel confident using Baxter technologies to their full potential. Your expertise and passion will help shape better care environments—and better experiences—for patients and providers alike.
