At Kultakiertue, we are the market leader and pioneer in the purchasing and evaluation of precious metals, especially gold and silver. Our safe, reliable and truly customer-oriented service model will soon operate in all Nordic countries, and later this year also elsewhere in Europe. More than 100 professionals already work within our unique service concept — and our growth is only accelerating. Now is the perfect time to join the Kultakiertue journey!

As our growth continues, we are now looking for a Sales Partner Manager to take ownership of our relationships with field sales and telemarketing agencies operating as our sales partners.

In this role, you will manage your own partner portfolio, set targets, track performance and actively drive results together with our partners. You will act as their main point of contact and take ownership of ensuring that the partners you manage perform successfully and meet their targets.

Key responsibilities

• Set targets and KPIs for partners, and take ownership of hitting quota across your portfolio

• Manage partner performance on an ongoing basis: reviewing results, coaching, and stepping in when targets are at risk

• Build the kind of professional relationship that motivates partner teams and keeps them aligned with our standards and expectations

• Travel occasionally to partner locations across the Nordics and Europe to support and assess performance on the ground

• Work closely with the rest of the team to make sure partners have the materials, systems support, and information they need to perform

What we expect from you

• Previous experience in a managerial role within a telemarketing or field sales environment

• A track record of leading and motivating sales teams, and of setting clear expectations for what “good” looks like

• Comfortable owning commercial targets and being accountable for hitting them

• Fluent English is required, and Finnish language skills are considered an advantage

• Willingness to travel occasionally within the Nordics and Europe

What we offer you

• A hybrid working model, based at our office in Käpylä

• A highly interesting, supportive, and challenging environment in a high growth company

• Exposure to our partner network across multiple markets, with occasional travel

•Good opportunities for professional development and career progression
