SALES & MARKETING

JOB TITLE: Customer Sales Rockstar (CSR)

THE VIBE

Are you the person who can walk into a room and strike up a conversation with anyone? Do you love the thrill of a "YES!" and the satisfaction of helping someone turn their house into a home? As our Customer Sales Representative, you aren’t just "working a counter"—you are a relationship builder, a digital influencer, and a local hero. You’re the first person our customers see and the reason they keep coming back. Whether you're crushing sales goals, going viral on a Facebook Live, or helping a neighbor get the sofa of their dreams, you are the heartbeat of this store.

WHAT YOU’LL BE CRUSHING EVERY DAY
