Sales Manager, Wolt for Work

At Wolt, you can grow your sales career with a fun and fast-scaling global business. Part of the DoorDash team, we're building a global logistics platform that can deliver (almost) everything in your city, to your door in minutes. Today, our products are used by 55+ million registered users who can now order from 200,000+ restaurants and retail stores across 30+ countries around the world.

Wolt for Work is a rapidly growing B2B business at Wolt, and we have ambitious plans to massively accelerate this growth. Our mission is simple: we want to bring the same great user experience that Wolt is known for to business users around the world. Through Wolt's established delivery network and vast number of restaurant and retail partners, Wolt for Work enables businesses to boost their employees' happiness no matter where they are working, promote camaraderie in teams, and save time and effort running office events. We are already in 21 countries, with no plans to slow down.

We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to grow Wolt for Work in Poland. You’ll combine new business development with account management: winning new corporate clients and helping existing customers grow their use of Wolt for Work. Your portfolio will span startups, SMBs, and large enterprises.

What you'll be doing

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals and strategic account targeting.
• Maintain a high-quality CRM pipeline, keeping opportunities updated and ensuring accurate forecasting.
• Develop account strategies for key prospects and manage multiple stakeholders throughout the buying journey.
• Own the full sales cycle, managing consultative sales processes and long sales cycles from first conversation to launch.
• Build trusted relationships with partners of all sizes - from startups and SMBs to large enterprises - and identify opportunities to grow those partnerships over time.
• Build relationships with HR, Finance, Procurement and senior business stakeholders.
• Represent Wolt for Work in the local market, proactively identifying new commercial opportunities and helping grow the business.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth partner experience from signing through launch.
• Manage your pipeline, negotiate commercial agreements, and use data to support business decisions.

Success in this role means:

• Consistently achieving monthly sales targets
• Building a healthy sales pipeline
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Growing Wolt for Work adoption across Poland

Our humble expectations

• Experience selling B2B solutions rather than transactional products.
• Comfort managing sales cycles of 1-6 months with multiple stakeholders.
• Confidence engaging HR, Finance, Procurement and C-level executives.
• Strong pipeline management and CRM discipline.
• Data-driven decision making and forecasting.
• High activity levels in outbound prospecting.
• Fluency in English and Polish.

Why you’ll love it

• 🚀Global and growing fast: Be part of a fast-moving scaleup
• 🤩Ride of a lifetime: Accelerate your career and build your sales skills
• 💪Instant impact: Take ownership and make a difference
• 💙Big hearts and small egos: Surround yourself with smart, friendly people
