A Sales Manager owns the full B2B sales cycle for a global cybersecurity/secure-computing group's enterprise security and Cloud PC solutions in Singapore — prospecting, solution positioning, negotiation, and close with enterprise and channel accounts, partnering with pre-sales engineering. Needs 3+ years of B2B enterprise sales, ideally in security, IT, SaaS, or infrastructure.
About the Opportunity Our client is a global cybersecurity and secure-computing technology group building out its Singapore presence to expand across APAC. They bring next-generation Cloud PC technology to enterprise customers — combining hardware-level data isolation with high-performance computing to protect intellectual property for organizations in government, finance, energy, manufacturing, and the creative industries. As they scale their regional footprint, they're building their Singapore commercial team from the ground up, and we're retained to find their first Sales Manager on the ground.
About the Role A driven Sales Manager to own the full sales cycle for enterprise security and Cloud PC solutions in the Singapore market — from prospecting through to close. You'll work closely with the pre-sales/technical team to bring differentiated, hardware-secured solutions to customers who take data protection and IP security seriously.
What You'll Do
Own and grow a pipeline of enterprise accounts across target verticals (government, finance, energy, manufacturing, media/design)
Run the end-to-end B2B sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, proposal, negotiation, and close
Partner with the pre-sales/solutions engineering team to translate technical differentiators (data isolation, secure architecture, performance) into business value for customers
Build and manage relationships with channel partners, system integrators, and key accounts
Represent the company at industry events, RFP/RFI processes, and customer briefings
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting via CRM
Stay current on the competitive landscape (VDI, zero-client, DLP, SASE vendors) to sharpen positioning
What We're Looking For
3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, enterprise IT, SaaS, or hardware/infrastructure solutions
Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
Comfortable selling technical/security solutions to IT, security, or C-level buyers
Strong communication and negotiation skills; confident presenting to senior stakeholders
Existing network or exposure to government, finance, or regulated-industry accounts in Singapore is a strong plus
Self-starter mentality — comfortable building a market from an early-stage regional entity
