Sales Manager, Credit & Wealth - Tieto Banktech (m/f/d)

We are looking for commercially driven and growth-focused Sales Managers to join Tieto Banktech and help accelerate the growth of our Credit & Wealth business.

Tieto Banktech is the leading financial services software and solution partner in the Nordics. We deliver modular, pre-integrated Banking-as-a-Service solutions and market-leading software across core banking, payments, credit, cards, financial fraud, and wealth management. Through deep industry expertise, scale, and specialization, we support banks and financial institutions in improving efficiency, increasing agility, and accelerating digital transformation.

As part of our growth strategy, we are strengthening our commercial organization to accelerate growth in the Nordics while expanding selectively into Europe.

The Role

As Sales Manager in Credit & Wealth, your focus will be clear: create opportunities and win new business. You will identify the customers we want to win, open doors to senior decision-makers and turn market potential into qualified opportunities – driving the sales cycle from prospecting and early customer dialogue through proposition development, negotiation and closing.

Working closely with the Head of Sales, Product Units, Business Development, Marketing, Account Management and the broader Tieto Banktech sales organization, you will help turn our strategic market choices into commercial results. This is a role for someone who enjoys creating business rather than waiting for opportunities to appear.

What You Will Drive

Create Pipeline & Win Business

• Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and win new logos and new business.

• Identify target accounts, open doors and build relationships with senior decision-makers.

• Take ownership of opportunities from qualification to closing, with disciplined forecasting and focus on moving the right opportunities forward.

Develop Markets & Customer Relationships

• Develop new business across the Nordics and selected European markets.

• Understand customer priorities and translate them into compelling commercial propositions.

• Identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities together with Account Management and other Tieto Banktech teams.

Work as One Commercial Team

• Develop a strong understanding of our Credit & Wealth portfolio and translate our capabilities into relevant customer outcomes and business value.

• Work closely across Sales, Product, Business Development, Marketing and Account Management to build the right propositions and win opportunities.

• Bring customer and market insight back into the organization to strengthen our portfolio, propositions and market approach.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with commercial drive, curiosity and a strong hunter mindset – someone who knows how to create opportunities and develop business long before an RFP appears.

We expect you to bring:

• A proven track record in B2B solution or technology sales, preferably within banking, financial services, fintech or related industries.

• Demonstrated ability to create qualified pipeline and win new business.

• Experience opening new customer relationships and managing complex sales processes.

• Strong commercial judgement, negotiation skills and a structured approach to sales.

• The ability and curiosity to understand a complex solution portfolio and translate customer needs and technology into business value.

• Strong communication skills and fluency in English, written and spoken.

Why Join Us

Tieto Banktech Credit & Wealth is entering an exciting next phase. We are strengthening our Nordic position, selectively expanding into Europe and developing more modular and scalable Credit and Wealth propositions.

As Sales Manager, you will be directly involved in creating that growth – identifying the customers we want to win, opening new relationships and turning our strategy into real business. If you are energized by creating opportunities and winning customers, we would like to hear from you.
