Sales Executive / Sales Engineer – Cooling & Mosquito Control Solutions

Sing Kong is the Singapore arm of a Hong Kong environmental engineering group. We rent and sell outdoor mosquito control systems to over 100 condominiums, landed homes, schools and businesses in Singapore, and are growing into HVLS fans, mist cooling, dehumidifiers and air-conditioning. Small local team, strong Hong Kong back-office, exclusive products, and a customer base that keeps renewing.

We need one more salesperson who enjoys meeting customers, closes deals and follows up.

Responsibilities

• Sales — handle enquiries from homeowners, condo committees, facility managers and businesses; visit sites, recommend the right solution, quote and close. Keep your pipeline up to date with next actions and follow-up dates. Grow existing accounts: add units, convert demo units to contracts, secure renewals.
• Project delivery — for HVLS, mist, dehumidifier and aircon jobs, brief the installation sub-contractor, confirm site readiness, schedule installation with the operations executive and driver, and attend commissioning and handover. Hong Kong supplies drawings, equipment and technical support; you make sure the job is done on time and the customer signs off.
• Operations coordination — work with the operations executive, drivers and sub-contractors on scheduling, stock, service visits and invoicing. Handle customer moves and relocations of rental units, plan unit placement on site, and arrange return shipments of equipment to Hong Kong when needed. Record all leads, quotations, orders and visits in our web-based system. Over time, develop our pest-control distributors and other channel partners.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience in Singapore with equipment or systems that require installation — building services, M&E, ventilation, aircon, dehumidification, pumps, pest control or similar. You have quoted, closed and delivered jobs involving a sub-contractor, and can discuss power supply, mounting and water points with a contractor.
• A closer who follows up: comfortable asking for the signature and chasing a quotation that has gone quiet.
• Good with people — homeowners, condo committees, facility managers, contractors and your own team. Calm and organised, comfortable delegating to the operations team. You will work to monthly activity and sales targets.
• Diploma in any discipline; engineering or building services an advantage. Written and spoken English required; Mandarin or Malay an advantage. Class 3 licence an advantage.

Package

• S$4,000–5,000 base, 13th month, CPF, medical, transport claims.
• Uncapped commission, paid quarterly on collected sales.
• Annual bonus linked to company profit.
• Full product training and technical support from Hong Kong; reports directly to the Director.

To apply, send your CV with current andexpected salary, and briefly describe the largest equipment or system deal youhave closed and delivered.
