About Omtera
Omtera is an AI deployment and enterprise technology company helping leading organisations across EMEA turn world-class technology into real, production-ready business solutions.
We design and deliver AI deployment, customer engagement, product analytics and work-management projects using technologies from companies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, FinAI, Braze, Snowflake, Asana, Mixpanel, OneSignal and some others.
Our teams work with globally recognised organisations including NEXT, Qatar Airways, ELM Company, Mobily, Intel and Delivery Hero, supporting complex enterprise projects from initial discovery and commercial design through implementation, adoption and expansion.
We are now looking for a commercially ambitious Sales Executive to help grow our AI and SaaS solutions business across EMEA.
Tasks
This is a broad, consultative sales role covering both subscription-based SaaS solutions and AI deployment projects.
You will identify potential customers, understand their business challenges, develop opportunities and work alongside Omtera’s technical consultants and Forward-Deployed Engineers to create solutions that customers can confidently buy and deploy.
Depending on your experience, you may join us as an early-career Sales Executive ready to develop quickly, or as a more experienced Account Executive capable of owning opportunities independently.
This is not a scripted sales role. You will need to understand technology, ask intelligent questions and connect customer challenges with the right commercial and technical solutions.
Approximately 50% of your working day will require fluent English, both written and spoken, including customer meetings, internal collaboration, proposals, presentations and communication with international technology partners.
What You Will Do
- Build and manage a pipeline of AI deployment, SaaS subscription and professional services opportunities across EMEA.
- Identify and engage relevant decision-makers through outbound prospecting, networking, events, partner referrals and inbound opportunities.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer objectives, technical environments and commercial priorities.
- Position solutions involving OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, FinAI, Braze, OneSignal, Asana, Mixpanel and other leading technology platforms.
- Work closely with solution consultants and Forward-Deployed Engineers to shape proposals, demonstrations, pilots and deployment plans.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through qualification, proposal, negotiation and closing.
- Develop clear commercial proposals covering subscriptions, implementation services and ongoing support.
- Maintain accurate opportunity, activity and forecast information in the CRM.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and identify renewal, expansion and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with international partner and vendor sales teams on joint opportunities and go-to-market initiatives.
- Continuously improve your understanding of AI, SaaS, enterprise technology and the industries we serve.
Requirements
What We Are Looking For
- At least one year of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, partnerships or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience selling or supporting the sale of SaaS subscriptions, cloud solutions, consulting services, implementation projects or other technology solutions.
- Professional-level English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence communicating with both business and technical stakeholders.
- A genuine interest in AI, enterprise software and emerging technologies.
- The ability to learn new products quickly and explain their business value clearly.
- A proactive and disciplined approach to prospecting, follow-up and pipeline management.
- Comfort working with targets and a compensation structure consisting of a base salary and performance-based commission.
- Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to take ownership while collaborating closely with commercial and technical teams.
You May Be a Strong Fit If
- You are early in your career but have already demonstrated strong commercial potential.
- You currently work as a Sales Executive, Account Executive, Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative or Account Manager.
- You want to move from selling a single product into a broader AI and enterprise technology environment.
- You are commercially driven but also curious about how technology is implemented and used.
- You want exposure to enterprise customers, international technology companies and complex projects.
- You are looking for a role where strong performance can lead to significantly greater responsibility.

What We Offer

- The opportunity to sell some of the world’s most relevant AI and SaaS technologies.
- Direct exposure to enterprise customers and international opportunities across EMEA.
- The chance to work closely with experienced consultants, solution architects and Forward-Deployed Engineers.
- Structured development across prospecting, discovery, solution selling, negotiation and enterprise account management.
- Significant career progression opportunities based on performance and ownership.
- Access to partner training, product certifications and industry events.
- A fast-moving environment where good ideas and strong results are recognised.
- The opportunity to help shape Omtera’s growing AI deployment business.
Hiring Process
Our hiring process is designed to be practical and transparent:
