Sales Engineer

Role Purpose

ABM is seeking a commercially driven Sales Engineer dedicated to the interior fit-out project business. The Sales Engineer is accountable for the assigned order-intake, revenue, and gross-margin targets, and for the technical and commercial integrity of every proposal submitted. The role requires the ability to interpret architectural and interior drawings, bills of quantities, and scopes of work, to translate client requirements into costed and value-engineered solutions with the design and estimation teams, and ensure variation management, and contract administration.

The role requires regular attendance at client premises, vendor offices, and active project sites.
