Sales Engineer (Rome)

Cynet is seeking a technically strong and customer-focused Sales Engineer in Rome to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine cybersecurity and pre-sales capabilities with documentation and compliance-mapping skills to translate complex technology into business and regulatory outcomes.

You will collaborate with Sales, customers, partners, Security, Product, and R&D to map capabilities to requirements such as GDPR, NIS2, and ISO standards, and to support Proof of Value and RFPs across

Partner with Account Executives and channel partners throughout the sales cycle. Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and Proof of Value engagements. Design architectures and deployment models based on customer environments and security requirements. Support RFPs/RFQs and document technical outcomes. Map Cynet capabilities to customer security and regulatory requirements. Strong cybersecurity knowledge and experience in pre-sales. Ability to translate technical capabilities into business, security, and regulatory outcomes. Experience mapping controls to regulations and frameworks such as GDPR, NIS2, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF.
