We’re reinventing payments. In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in-person commerce, is game changing.
Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year. But we’re just getting started.
Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. The results take care of themselves.
The role
As an Enablement Partner, you will be the person who turns capability into performance. You'll deliver the induction, go-to-market, and upskilling training that equips every seller to excel from day one and keep improving. Working closely with Commercial Managers and the wider Enablement team, you'll bring training to life, close capability gaps in your area, and ensure new ways of selling land and stick. Using performance data, you'll pinpoint where enablement makes the biggest impact and partner with frontline managers to turn insights into action. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves developing people and driving sales performance through a data-driven approach.
What you will do...
-
Deliver onboarding and induction for all new sellers, ensuring they're equipped to sell effectively from the start.
-
Execute training for the launch of new products, policies, and strategic initiatives.
-
Build sales capability across your channels and region, continuously raising the performance bar.
-
Use performance data to identify capability gaps and partner with managers to create targeted enablement that drives team performance.
-
Maintain and update training collateral and our enablement platform so materials stay accurate and relevant.
-
Introduce innovative training approaches—from AI role-play to interactive learning—to drive real behavior change.
What you will bring...
-
Experience delivering and facilitating sales training, ideally across more than one channel or market.
-
A solid understanding of value-based selling and experience working with self-employed or field sales teams.
-
Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to bring training to life and inspire sellers to perform.
-
Proficiency in creating engaging presentations and developing and updating learning content.
-
Comfort using performance data to prioritize and focus enablement efforts.
-
Experience with enablement tools such as Seismic, Thrive, Salesforce, or Gong is preferred.
Dojo home and away
We believe our best work happens when we collaborate in-person. These “together days” foster communication, drive innovation and spark our brightest ideas.
That's why we have an office-first culture. This means working from the office 4+ days per week.
With offices across Europe, we know a thing or two about staying dynamic. Need deep focus? Head to a quiet zone. Big ideas? Collaboration spaces have you covered. Just here for a catch-up? Our social hubs make it easy. Do work that counts, in spaces made for you.
Question: what’s curious, relentless, and customer obsessed?
If you’re keen to know the answer, you’re a third of the way to meeting our Dojo values.

You’re curious. You have a real desire to learn and create.
You’re relentless. You keep going even when it’s easier not to.
You’re customer-obsessed. You know how important customers are to what you do.
