We're an AI company, and we want people who think like one. The SDRs who win here are genuinely curious about AI and have already put it to work in their prospecting — using it to research faster, personalise deeper, and find an edge others haven't.
What you'll do
- Run researched, multi-threaded outbound into named target accounts through calls, email, and social
- Manage a book of accounts alongside an Account Executive and set the strategy for how you work them
- Use AI to research faster, personalise more deeply, and scale your outreach
- Generate qualified pipeline and book discovery calls for your Account Executives
- Become a power user of Gong's platform and turn that insight into a prospecting edge
- Drive a high volume of quality activity that converts into pipeline and revenue
- Sharpen the playbook — your feedback shapes how EMEA SDR runs
What we're looking for
- You know how to break into a named account — researched, multi-threaded outbound is how you work
- You're genuinely curious about AI and already prospect with it, always testing tools and tactics to find an edge others miss
- You're a sharp communicator in writing and on calls, and you think in accounts, not individual contacts
- You're resilient by instinct — a no makes you sharper, not slower
- You're ambitious about a career in sales and you want to be coached toward it
- You take feedback well and move on it fast
