Help Global Brands Get Discovered Online 📍

Are you energetic, competitive, and ready to take the next big step in your career?

PinMeTo is a fast-growing tech company helping global brands (like H&M, 7-Eleven, and Hertz) connect their physical stores with the digital world. We’re looking for a hungry Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our HQ in Malmö.

Whether this is your first real step into B2B tech or your second job in sales, this is your entry ticket into modern SaaS sales. You don't need a master's degree in business, we value drive, grit, and the willingness to learn above all else!

Your Role

Based at our HQ in Malmö, you’ll be on the frontlines helping us expand our reach across Sweden, Denmark, and Norway.

• Connect with Decision-Makers: Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to spark curiosity about PinMeTo.

• Book High-Value Meetings: Qualify leads and schedule meetings for our senior sales team (Account Executives).

• Research & Target: Identify exciting multi-location brands and map out key contacts in your target markets.

• Learn from the Best: Get continuous coaching and training through our internal Sales Academy to build your sales toolkit.

Who Are You?

• Fluent Swedish: You will lead professional business conversations in Swedish.

• Strong English: You’re confident collaborating in English with international colleagues and clients.

• Hungry & Self-Motivated: You have high energy, a strong work ethic, and a winning mindset.

• Background in Sales: Experience in phone sales (B2C), telemarketing, telecom, or insurance sales is a huge plus! You know how to pick up the phone and handle objections.

• Resilience: You don't get discouraged by a "no", you see it as just a stepping stone to the next "yes".

• Bonus points: Fluent or proficient in Danish or Norwegian, as you will also be reaching out to prospective clients in these markets.

Why Start Your Career at PinMeTo?

🚀 Build a Solid Foundation: You’ll gain hands-on experience in B2B SaaS sales, mastering tools and methodologies that will set you up for long-term success in the tech industry.

📚 Continuous Learning: We invest in your personal development with hands-on coaching, clear feedback, and training through our internal Sales Academy.

🌍 Great HQ in Malmö: Work alongside ambitious, international colleagues in an open, high-energy environment.

🍕 Fun Culture: We celebrate wins together, support each other, organize team activities, and make sure work is something you look forward to every day.

Hiring Process
