Nsight Health — Where Technology Meets Compassion.

Position Summary

This SDR owns the top of the funnel for a healthcare sale with four different buyers in the room: the office manager who controls the calendar, the practice CEO or owner who controls the budget, and the NP or physician who has to trust the clinical model before anything moves forward. You'll research clinics, get past the front desk, and build enough credibility on RPM/CCM fundamentals to earn a qualified meeting with the right mix of those stakeholders — then hand a clean, well-documented opportunity to the AE team.

AI Fluency Requirement - Non-Negotiable

Nsight Health is an AI-first organization. Every member of our leadership and operations team is expected to actively use AI tools in their day-to-day work - not as a novelty, but as a core productivity multiplier. This role requires genuine curiosity about AI, comfort experimenting with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and workflow automation platforms, and the judgment to know when AI helps and when it doesn't. If AI makes you uncomfortable, this is not the right role.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, email and dial relentlessly to clinics and practices by specialty, size, and geography

• Get past office-manager gatekeepers and secure meetings with practice owners, NPs, and physicians

• Speak credibly to how RPM and CCM reimbursement works (CMS codes, clinical outcomes, and medical billing) well enough to earn trust on a cold or warm call

• Qualify leads against Nsight's customer profile before booking — not every clinic is a fit,and AEs should trust what lands on their calendar

• Run structured, multi-touch outbound sequences (calls, email, LinkedIn) and keep CRM data clean and current

• Partner with AEs and marketing to refine messaging by persona (office manager vs. clinical vs. ownership)

• Hit weekly/monthly meeting-booked and qualified-pipeline targets, with daily dial and meetings shown metrics hit

Qualifications

Required:

• 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, healthcare or healthtech preferred

• Proven cold outbound experience — calls, email, and social, not just inbound follow-up

• Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles (gatekeeper → clinical → financial decision-maker)

• Strong CRM discipline and organizational habits

• Clear, confident verbal communication — you can hold your own on a call with a physician

Preferred:

• Familiarity with RPM, CCM, APCM, or other CMS chronic-care reimbursement programs

• Prior experience selling into independent practices, FQHCs, or specialty clinics

• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/dialer stacks

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base pay: $70,000 – $80,000 annually + commission, OTE $100,000 – $120,000.

Additional Compensation:

• Performance-Based Bonus: Eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance.

Benefits Include:

• PTO

• Medical, Dental, Vision, and supplemental insurance options

• 401(k) Plan with 3.5% Company Match

• Company-provided equipment
