About Kaseya
Kaseya is the leading provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software, serving Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT organizations worldwide. Our comprehensive platform helps organizations efficiently manage, secure, and automate their IT environments, driving operational efficiency and long-term business success.
Backed by Insight Partners, a leading global software investor, Kaseya has experienced sustained double-digit growth and continues to expand its global footprint. Today, Kaseya supports customers in more than 20 countries and manages over 15 million endpoints worldwide.
Founded in 2000, Kaseya was built by builders - and we're still building. We look for people who create rather than wait, who see a hard problem and lean in, and who treat challenges as raw material. At Kaseya, everyone plays a role in shaping the future of IT: whether you're in engineering, product, sales, marketing, customer support, or operations, your work helps protect, defend, and optimize IT environments across the globe.
We're building teams that grow, perform, and make an impact. If you're driven by the itch to make things better - a product, a process, a career - you'll fit right in.
At Kaseya, we don't just raise the bar. We build it.
At Kaseya, SDRs are the engine that powers our growth. As a frontline outbound and inbound sales rep, you’ll play a key role in activating new business, reviving dormant leads, and driving qualified pipeline for our global Account Executive team. This is a high-volume, high-velocity outbound role, where success is measured by conversations, conversions, and contributions to revenue.
This role is built for high-potential, entry-level talent, including recent graduates, and those with SDR experience looking to pivot into tech sales.
If you’re resilient, coachable, and driven, we’ll give you the tools, training, and support to succeed and a clear career path to promotion into Account Executive or Account Management roles within 12–18 months, based on performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Own your outbound and inbound motion: Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outreach to make 100+ meaningful outbound connections per day via calls, emails, and social selling, utilizing AI tools, like CoPilot and ChatGPT, to enhance your day to day and sales outbound approach.
- Drive qualified leads: Your goal is to generate 2+ Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) daily by executing outreach campaigns, following up with prospects, and booking meetings for our Account Executives.
- Execute with precision: Learn and deliver high-performing call scripts, tailor messaging to specific personas, and follow up with urgency and professionalism.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing: Partner with AEs and cross-functional teams to understand our ideal customer profiles, messaging strategies, and pipeline targets.
- Track your success: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and lead status in Salesforce to ensure visibility and alignment across the team.
- Master our value prop: Develop expertise in Kaseya’s solutions, industry landscape, and customer pain points through hands-on training and development.
